Iron Trail is a new apartment community in Cumberland, Indiana, located just steps from the Pennsy Trail. I led the full brand development for the community, from naming and visual identity to signage, website design, and marketing collateral. I created and managed all aspects of
the brand rollout, including the logo, print and digital assets, leasing promotions, and the community website, LiveIronTrail.com. I also developed the social media strategy and
outreach efforts to build local awareness ahead of opening. The goal was to position Iron Trail as a modern, trail-connected living experience—and to create a brand that
reflects the energy of the surrounding community.​​​​​​​
