This project was a part of the 8-week Digital Experience Design course at Herron. The goal of the course was to focus on People-Centered Experience Design and how it integrates digital media. While working with a small group of design students, we were also paired up with students from the IUPUI School of Informatics and Computing. While working together, we met several objectives that revolved around observational research methods, learning about the digital experience and interaction design terminology, creating personas that interact with digital design, and prototyping artifacts in reference to usability analysis tests. Throughout the process of developing workflow diagrams, prototyping and identifying solutions through Adobe Experience Design and brand management, we were able to work together, cohesively, in order to execute a live mobile application that revolves around project management systems. Our application, Coop, was designed to give designers a free option on creating projects and receiving feedback from other designs and employees. This was our first experience designing for digital applications and having the Informatics School team code the back-end based on our design specifications.
